Dental Scheduling Coordinator (Bilingual)

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage our dental office calendar and keep our team running smoothly. If you understand dental procedures and love creating order out of chaos, this role is for you. Dental experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules for doctor and hygienists.
Confirm appointments and ensure timely patient flow.
Fill openings through patient outreach and reactivation.
Schedule new patients promptly.
Handle cancellations and rescheduling.
Forecast upcoming days/weeks for office planning.
Collaborate with the team daily to meet production goals.

What You Bring:

Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in dental scheduling preferred.
A passion for patient care and team success.
You are able to communicate in English & Spanish. Portuguese a Plus!!
